STAR Group acquires IMG Engineering

STAR Group (‘STAR’) purchased 100% of the shares in technical project firm IMG Engineering GmbH. IMG uses its technical expertise to provide highly qualified project support within the Oil, Gas, Power and related industries. IMG clients are among the most renowned companies in the process industry and energy sector. The firm was founded in 2011 and operates mainly in Germany and has its head office in Gelsenkirchen.
