Parcom successfully closes Fund VI at hard cap of €775 million

Earlier this month, Parcom Capital Management (“Parcom”) held the final closing of Parcom Fund VI (“the Fund” or “Fund VI”) at its hard cap of €775 million, after six months of active marketing.

Fund VI was heavily oversubscribed, receiving strong support from Parcom’s existing investor base of loyal, blue-chip limited partners (“LPs”) and attracting new commitments from both domestic and international pension funds, consultants, family offices, asset managers and banks. Parcom’s LP roster is well-diversified by both investor type and geography, including commitments from across Europe and North America. The Fund is expected to begin investing in June 2020.

Evercore Private Funds Group acted as exclusive global placement agent and Loyens & Loeff as legal and tax counsel.
