Parcom Capital reaches agreement on intended acquisition of Dutch chilled convenience foods activities of Greencore

Parcom Capital today announced it has reached agreement with Greencore Group Plc (“Greencore”) on the intended acquisition of Greencore´s Dutch based chilled convenience foods activities (“Greencore Netherlands”). Greencore Netherlands is manufacturer of quality convenience food products, such as pizzas, sandwiches, ready meals etc. The company primarily focuses on customer branded products, and operates from their sites in Liessel en Alphen.

The intended transaction requires consultation with the respective Works Councils and is subject to regulatory approval from the Dutch competition authority, the NMA.
