NATSU Foods acquires QiZiNi Group
NATSU Foods announces the acquisition of QiZiNi Group.
QiZiNi, established in 2010, is the Benelux market leader in fresh convenience products. The company serves it clients in retail, out of home and airline channels.
Peter van den Berg, CEO of QiZiNi: “We are very excited about this next phase of growth for QiZiNi as part of a bigger specialised market platform in the European convenience segment”. Qizini is thankful for the cooperation and support by its shareholder Parcom Capital.
