Interxion announces listing

Interxion Holding N.V., a leading European provider of colocation data center services, announced today that it has commenced an initial public offering of 18,550,000 ordinary shares. Interxion is offering 16,250,000 ordinary shares and certain selling shareholders are offering 2,300,000 ordinary shares. The estimated price range for the initial public offering is .00 to .00 per ordinary share.

Interxion has applied to have the ordinary shares approved for listing on The New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “INXN.” The underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase from certain selling shareholders up to an additional 2,782,500 ordinary shares.
