Parcom provides follow-on capital to TDM Holdings

Germany. Parcom provided follow-on capital to TDM Holdings in order to acquire Arxes AG, an IT-services company quoted on the German stock market. As part of the transaction TDM sold its German activities to Arxes effectively resulting in a reversed IPO of the German activities. The new entity is one of the leading IT-system integrators in Germany, with a turnover of around EUR 500 million.
