Parcom invests in Zetacom
1 October 2006Zetacom is a supplier of business communication systems in the Netherlands. The company acquired TKT, who are active in the same market, making the combination the number 2 player in the Dutch market. Parcom provided the equity for the acquisition. BDO Corporate Finance advised TKT.
The objective is to grow the company further through selective acquisitions and autonomous growth.
