Parcom Deutsche Private Equity sells SSB Wind Systems to Emerson Electric Co in the USA. SSB Wind Systems is one of the world market leaders in electrical pitch systems and switchgears. Emerson is a global leader in climate and motor technologies, process management and industrial automation. Two companies within the SSB Group will remain with PDPE: SSB Service and SSB Duradrive. Both companies are active in wind energy and will be developed further.
