1 January 2007

Parcom Ventures has acquired a stake of 21% in Qurius, by taking over the shares which ABN AMRO Capital and Prime Technology Ventures received out of the Qurius-Watermark merger. This merger was authorized on 18 December 2006 and resulted in a company with around 700 employees and 1,700 customers.

The fact that this institutional investor is now thus indicating its trust in our company is another important milestone. Parcom has an almost 25 year track record which is characterised by long term commitment and an excellent performance", says Fred Hermans, Qurius´ chief executive officer.
