Erik Westerink - CEO and managing partner
Erik obtained his Master´s degree in Dutch Civil and Commercial Law in 1985 and his INSEAD MBA degree in 1986. He then joined Morgan Stanley´s Investment Banking Department in London as an associate. He had several positions in debt and equity capital markets, M& A and corporate finance, becoming a managing director in 1997 and heading up the financial institutions practice. In 2001 Erik joined Philips Electronics, where he ran the M& A department at holding company level for two years and then became CEO of the Business Group Lighting Electronics. In October 2006 he took over from Aris Wateler as CEO of Parcom. Erik oversees the overall investment activities of Parcom Capital and heads the Dutch private equity team.
